I just take the information given and break it down

First job changes

Quick Motion: master level has been decreased from 20 to 10, accuracy and avoid boost has been increased from 160 to 220

Nothing to say, good change

Sommersault Kick: damage has been increased from 200% to 305%, animation was changed

Nothing to say, good change

Dash: master level has been decreased from 10 to 5, speed boost has been increased from 30% to 40%, when Screw Punch or Triple Shot is used during Dash, damage is increased by 100%, when Dashing there is a 100% chance of not being knocked back, animation was renewed

Dash is now useful. now that csb has 0 charge time.

NEW SKILL: Critical Roar: Increases critical chance by 20% and minimum critical damage by 10% (master level: 10)
We get crits in our first job...nothing bad here

Flash fist was removed.

FIRST CLASS REVIEW
Well we lost flash fist so the only thing we brawlers have is somersault......isn't that the only skill we ever used in the first job anyway? Sweet first job only got better

SECOND JOB CHANGES

Corkscrew Blow: damage has been decreased from 460% to 360%, charge time has been removed.

NO charge - good, decrease in dmg...not so good. There is no word on the cooldown so I cannot give an accurate assessment on how good this change is. Also the animation is new

NEW SKILL: Physical Training: Increase strength and dexterity by 30 (master level: 10)

Free 30 str and dex...can't argue. But I would rather it be att.

NEW SKILL: Mental Clarity: Increase your attack by 25 and accuracy by 160 for 180 seconds (master level: 20)

There is the att I wanted. I wish it was in the same buff as the dex and str. but oh well, more att is always a good thing

NEW SKILL: Tornado Upper: Quickly hit three enemies for 375% damage each with a whirlwind (master level: 20)

This replaces the old double upper skill (225% x2). This will be a step up from SSK in the second job. It is a step down in single target DPS, but will still allow us to mob better in the second job than in the first. You may just stick to SSK still, who knows

NEW SKILL: Endurance: 5% HP and MP will be recovered every 5 seconds (master level: 10)

This...I like. Every 100 seconds you have regenerated full HP/MP. This effectevly replaces MP recovery0

DELETED SKILL: Backspin Blow - was nice but is now gone
DELETED SKILL: Double Uppercut - replaced
DELETED SKILL: MP Recovery - replaced
DELETED SKILL: Oak Barrel - do you care...really?
DELETED SKILL: Critical Punch - replaced in first job

Second job review - all in all second job is still going in a positive direction. I think that tornado upper should hit harder and more enemies, and the two stat buffs should be merged into one. I will most likely leave points out of tornado upper just to be sure I get both stat buffs maxed if needed.

THIRD JOB Changes

Stun Mastery: chance to hit a critical on a stunned monster has been increased from 30% to 40%, now every attack has a 20% chance to stun the enemy

Permanent 20% chance to stun with a bonus 40% to crit. Not sure about you guys but at high lvls you don't see or need this, you pretty much 1-2 shot everything and stuns don't work on bosses. Since there is no added bonus in this skill for bossing, I don't particularly like it, but i do see it's usefulness at lower lvls

Energy Charge: amount of energy charged per attack has been increased from 200 to 8100, now charges 400 more energy when attacking a boss monster, animation was changed

As seen in the video linked. At the begining of the pap fight he has 0 energy. He is at 100% energy in 3 attacks....quite impressive, this is later confirmed in a related video wher the same person instantly charges from 0 to 100% with 1 CSB. The new animation is huge and kind of an eyesore. If you know how to edit a wz file you may want to change it back to the bubble

Energy blast: damage has been decreased from 680% to 400%, now attacks twice, amount of monsters hit has been increased from 4 to 6, animation was changed

Overall boost in dmg, boost in mobs hit. It hits twic so you have a better chance to get a crit out of one of the hits. Overall good change

NEW SKILL: Double Spiral: Summons the Transformed Spirit to dash towards the enemy and hit up to 6 monsters for 630% damage while rushing them (master level: 20), Screw Punch can be used after this skill

Being able to screw punch right after is a nifty trick. Not usre if anyone needs THAT MUCH rushing power. But meh

NEW SKILL: Willow Defensive: Decrease the damage you take by 20% for 180 seconds (master level: 20)

If you are tough as nails already, maybe you don't care, but it would be nice to have

NEW SKILL: Critical Rage: Increases minimum and maximum critical damage by 10%, increases critical chance by 15% if attacking a boss monster (master level: 15)

More crits? Oh I don't know if I could possibly...oh well maybe just a little bit more will be ok

Shockwave: Create shockwaves that hit up to 6 monsters for 750% damage each (master level: 20), no longer requires Transform

Shockwave without the transform? It is still slow, not sure if it still suffers from terrain or not. This could be a good thing

DELETED SKILL: Energy Drain - NUUUUUUUUU I used it all the time for free HP...oh well
DELETED SKILL: Transform - yes transform is gone, now you summon a "transformed spirit"
DELETED SKILL: Infighting Mastery - seeing CSB hit as hard as dragon strike will be missed, but we got a better CSB instead

THIRD JOB review. Third job will no longer be the "hell levels" where you are still using SSK at lvl 90 *shudder*. Not sure why we need all the rushing power under the sun, but we have it now.

FOURTH JOB CHANGES

Dragon Strike: now attacks twice, amount of monsters hit has been increased from 6 to 8

It doesn't say what the dmg% is each hit. Will it be 850x2? or 425x2? no one knows

NEW SKILL: Fist Enrage: along with the Transformed Spirit, attack an enemy for 238% damage 8 times (master level: 20)

This replaces both demo and barrage at the same time. Now 238% each hit is half of what demo currently is. The animation is 2-3x times faster than what it was. overall there may be a dmg increase due to the animation speed up, I do believe that since the animation is so much faster we lose the invincibility. The video shows the new skill in action against Pap

NEW SKILL: Double Lucky Dice: There is a 50% chance to throw two dice at the same time. You receive the buffs of both numbers for 200 seconds, and if you roll doubles, you get an enhanced buff, cooldown time of 200 seconds (master level: 5, pre-requisite: 20 Lucky Dice)

Nice

NEW SKILL: Battleship Nautilus: Call the battleship Nautilus to strike down 15 enemies at the same time for 520% damage 3 times, cooldown of 30 seconds (master level: 30)

I wasn't expecting an ultimate. Not sure I like the fact we are even getting one, instead of a more useful skill...but it does look awesome.

NEW SKILL: Guard Crash: You ignore 100% of a monster's defense (including boss monsters) at a 40% chance (max level: 20)

THIS...THIS MAKES US AWESOME. 40% of your attacks WILL hit like a train full of screaming babies. Add crits on top of that....that is some crazy dmg output. I wonder if this will negate the physical def buffs that bosses like Zak apply every few min that make you hit for 1

NEW SKILL: Vipersition: Increase your defense by 120, your avoid by 240, your resistance to elements and resistance to statuses by 20% for 180 seconds (master level: 30)

I like the 20% resistance to statuses. All the rest is meh. I would have rather ditched the physical/magical resist for 40% status resist

NEW SKILL: Energy Blast: With the transformed spirit, energy is shot towards enemies and hits up to 8 monsters for 475% damage 4 times, 30% chance to increase energy by 90, can only be used when energy has been gathered (master level: 30)

This replaces orb with a straight beam of death. The animation windup is almost the same as orb, if not a tad longer but the dmg output is much higher. I am not sure at this moment if spamming this over DS when available is a good idea.

Time Leap: master level decreased from 30 to 5, cooldown time increased from 20 minutes to 25 minutes

Still the only class able to keep Echo up 100% of the time...yarrr

DELETED SKILL: Energy Orb - lol who has energy orb 30...*raises hand*
DELETED SKILL: Super Transform - gone, we now summon a spirit
DELETED SKILL: Demolition - replaced
DELETED SKILL: Snatch - gone...kinda missed but oh well
DELETED SKILL: Fist (Barrage) - replaced

Fourth job review

I really dig the 40% ignore deference. That is huge for any bossing bucc out there and will give us some SERIOUS damage output that will help us contend with the other DPS classes. THe overall feel of bucc doesn't seem to change we will just hit ridiculously hard 25-40% of the time with crits+def ignore

I am not too sure if I like the barrage change. It does look like all of out I frames are gone now.

OVERALL

I am not sure I like being just another warrior adaptation with a few different party buffs but nearly all the same skills. The missing I frames are not something that will be taken lightly. I really don't like the new energy charge animation, a giant red flame behind me at all times is not so cool. I am not sure why we have energy charge anymore at all. It sharges instantly and is up 100% of the time.

The "summon spirit" skills are quite awkward as well. They removed transform, but you spam summon spirit skills so much that now you look like an orange strobe light constantly transforming and switching back every half second. It is quite awkward.

@emm97 You made a great point. With this revamp, I still don't see any improvements in Mobility. Instead, they took out Transformation, we no longer have MAX SPEED/JUMP .. I don't know if the new Dash would even replace what we lost..

.Wz pic editing isnt hard at all...you just CANNOT TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE. I have my Wz edited so that I look like the blue transform instead of orange for ST

The more I search around the more it looks like DS is actualy going to do the same amount of dmg it currently does...only twice.
So DS currently appears to be doing x2 dmg...which would make energy lazer useless as DS is faster and stronger. It just uses MP

Oh no, we still have Speed Infusion.
The revamp notes only mentioned the new skills, altered skills, or skills that got deleted.
Speed Infusion wasn't touched, and thus wasn't in the notes.

Even if you watch that example video mentioned in the Thread Starter's posting of a 121 Buccaneer fighting Papu, you'll see SI is used c:

I wish I knew the exact timing of the new barrage/DS/lazar beam skills so I could get an accurate estimate of their overall DPS

If energy moves are still free of charge then the lazer beam is going to replace DS it seem.

I think once patch day comes I am just going to edit the skill animation so that there is no "transformed spirit" there. No one else will see the change but it won't bother me anymore. Also I am going to remove the energy charge flame. I won't miss it.

I will indeed miss my bubble. I'll have to get used to the new animation.
Overall, can't say I'm too overly impressed with the new skills. They altered the signature.. qualities of what it was to be a Buccaneer. But oh well. Been a Buccaneer since before Big Bang, and so like everything else. I'll take it in stride, adapt, and continue to enjoy my character for what it is, and not what I want.

The person themself is only Level 120, and thus all skills can't be shown. But by now, you've all probably gotten the jist of it.

Another worthy note, for those unfamiliar with that video player, the "LCD" at the bottom right of the video alters the quality.
I'd suggest clicking it to see whats going on a bit better :x

From what I see in the vids DS isnt used much the energy beam replaces that since energy is charged pretty much all the time. I really don't know why we have energy charge, it pretty much goes, "Oh I need to charge my energy for my buff" *corcscrew through 2 mobs* "there we go"

I mean it charges faster than a warrior combo counter

No it doesn't. Although you can still play HP-potless with iframes and passive regen, there's no where near enough MP regen to play potionless.
At my level, I would regen about 200 MP per 5 seconds which really wouldn't be enough if you're going to be toggling with Dash + CSB + Double Spiral and Dragon Strike.
