With a tradeable katara, why not just innocent? It would probably increase the value of it by two or three fold once you take advantage of semi-free clean slates

Around 4b-4.5b? o= The attack isn't all that great, but the potential is great for people who train a lot.
My Last UWG Katara is 95 atk (+9) 9 stars 3L unique 20% boss 6% atk 6% total dmg Neb-4% total dmg, and that's gone between me and a friend a few times for 3.5b and has an offer atm of 4b.
