just soloed pianus

A week ago I soloed Black Crow. He was in some ways more difficult than Pianus because he moved very quickly and was always knocking me back and getting himself knocked back. The other aspect was how boring it was as I stabbed at him for half an hour until I finished all 35 million of his health. Pianus hits a little less than Crow but nobody told me he has his own 1/1 attack! I thought Pianus only had blood booms, laser, and anvils. Not all that seal/dispel/1/1 garbage all of which I luckily remedied with all cures & ginger ales.
It was kind of funny cause I'd been looking for Pianus on several different days in the last two weeks. Always went through ~15 channels and he was never spawned. Today I started on channel 9, going up and then back to channel 1. Nothing until the very last channel 8 strangely had him available. Lucky me.
What do I do with all these etc drops though? The scream I used to finish the quest. But what about the mini pianus and the certificate, another of which I have from Zakum? Googling about the certificates said that they are used in some horntail quest, but i don't know how important it is or if i can stand these things hogging up my limited etc inventory space until level 170.

pianus certif is SO annoying to get. keep it.
mipi is for Heros Will, essential in bossing. it's basically a way to break free of seduce (which pot and movement and skill loccks you)
if you dont plan on bossing, sell it. you can get a good ~20m for it.

Pianus? I did that when I was level 90. Black crow? Never seen him in-game.
