hell ban = unable to contact anyone- usually only used when youre getting searched for hacked weapons and such, so you dont just transfer them to save them

I can't open my storage all my buddies and my guild that I made is gone the another guild that I joined was gone too. The weird
thing is this only affected my Windia Characters. My Scania ones are just fine 0_0
