@MoonYeti Here go to my thread and listen to Grizzly, it's the mix I made yesterday after posting in your other thread, but listen to it and listen to the transitions and cuts between the songs.

@MoonYeti No it's not. With trance, the genre is very varied in BPM and what sucks is that whenever you eventually get really good at blending the songs, not many people you play for will notice because it tends to just melt together. That's why there's so many people thinking that all DJ's do is press play, which is not the case. At all.
we should meet huh? let me use your mixer yeah?
and teach me mix too, lol
At around 6:22 it was very noticable where you made the transition. Changing the BPM in the middle of your mix is not easy, especially when you're not doing it live so you want to make it perfect. The beats weren't matched at all and I can tell you did the thing where you lower the volume and bring it in with the crossfader. Mess with the EQ settings and the pitch as well, don't sync those two songs but find a better way for them to work together.
needs more practice huh? Its hard to mess with the EQ because I can't play using just a lap top.
its not easy mixing trance
