clean epic pot 6% int the other 2 lines are crappy. is it worth 225mil? will it be significant to my range? 27-28k range unbuffed 30-31k range buffed?

how long should i wait?
I would wait till prices decrease, they are decreasing more and more as far as I can see for 6% rings.
