most of the people in the FM disgust me
if its your item its worthless but they will pay you a lot for it (thats what they say cuz they take me for an idiot or something) - if its their item they want 3x what its worth and even lie saying its worth so much.
by the first part i mean they will say your item is worth 30m and say they will pay 60m for it when its really worth 120m

yet ppl try to rip me off all the time - and i can never haggle cuz they are never anywhere near the ballpark - i try to sell a 150m item quickly for 125m - they offer me 70m and since i wont go that low they cancel trade

I agree. It's one thing to make around 5-15% profit, and it's another thing to try and rip someone off by getting more than 50% profit...

@BBisUnbalance: There's no way they're going to be stupid enough to try to risk 50% and 200%. They know that a lot of people in the FM either know their prices or can ask guild members for the appropriate price.

i never sell for too much or buy for way overpriced but people try to play me for a fool all the time - even when i try to sell something for cheap it isnt cheap enough so they lie to try and make me think that im trying to charge too much.
Nobody I've seen goes less than around 80% and more than maybe 150% of the actual price.
Otherwise, the other person will just know that he merchant is trying to rip them (do you seriously not see the spam of real prices by other players?)

yes everybody likes cheap stuff - but to say that it only worth so much to try to rip them off is disgusting and nobody short of scum would try such a thing
@ above- sorry to say this but EVERY TIME i run into people in the fm they are like that - i never have people trade me that wanna pay a fair price for anything

yes it is horrible - as a merchant that tries to sell for an honest price (sometimes barely above basil price at most) it takes forever to make a profit cuz when i try to merch everybody thinks im the same as all the other merchants out there
