Get to level 150 and go to MP3. Kill the monsters, and loot the mesos and drops. When you get a full inventory of equips, go to Ardentmill channel 1 and use the equips on an extractor, and hope to get Superior Item Crystals. These can sell in the FM for 600-800k. It's recommended to have a pet to loot all the mesos and equips for you, instead of doing it manually. It's much faster this way. Rinse and repeat. You can make millions by using this method, and it's even better on 2x drop.

Pick up whatever you can when training, then either NPC it or save it (if it has particularly good potentials) to sell later on. You'd be surprised how many people skip this simple concept and end up losing out on millions of mesos a day.

Another thing to do is to have 3 characters dedicated to Blacksmithing, Alchemy and Jewel Crafting. Any junk equipment you find on your travels can be broken down by an alchemist and turned into monster crystals to be used by the blacksmith or jewel crafter to make new gear. Personally, I go with the Jewell Crafter to make earrings as they have no class requirement. That way, if potentials are revealed and the potential is good, I can sell them (or use them if they're better than what I have). If the earrings have junk potentials, I may take 2 of the junkier-potentialled earrings and attempt a fusion for a chance at better potential, or just break them down into monster crystals again to have another chance later. Crafting is a great way to not only make mesos, but to save mesos. After all, your alchemist can make potions for the rest of your characters, for example.

Finally, take advantage of any event you can. If the event has items that could make a tasty sum, get them and sell 'em. If you can't sell the items, but they'd be useful to you (for example, the Sylph Rings in this event), do the event and keep the item for yourself. The right event can make you a TON of mesos in no-time. Heck, events sometimes give free CS items like pets or even shop permits (which could be used to great advantage when you want to sell off your wares).

Thanks man. I was lurking in the thread hoping for some sound advice like this. Will also check out the guide posted earlier by another Mapler. I completely forgot about fusion for items! I'm not great at searching do the regular 'potential scrolls' have any chance to give potential higher than rare? I used 30 so far with no luck.

What people dont realize is you can make 110m/30 minutes with evo system (or at least 50m with no cores)
Just use the necro weapon core and the black crystal core (and spawn/drop cores if you have them)
1. Kill monsters
2. Pick up drops
3. Extract weapons for superior crystals
4. Sell superior crystals 1.7m each black crystals 700k each

It depends on the server you play in. In Windia, Superior Crystals are only around 700k. It can still be good money nonetheless, but the meso/hour rate is different for each server.
