Then you're probably doing girl workouts and not pushing yourself hard enough.

OT: I'm going to assume you don't workout OP, since if you did you would have probably mentioned it since it would likely be the cause of the back pain. So I'm going to further assume then that your recent back pain is either from lifting up something in your house by bending your back and not lifting with your knees, improper posture when sitting at your computer chair for long periods of time, or the position you sleep in and/or a mattress that needs flipping or replacing.

It's only been 1 day so you definitely don't need to see a doctor, just ice your back, do some stretches, and wait a week and see if it goes away on it's own, if it persists for over a week and doesn't seem to be getting better then you should consider seeing a doctor. But it's most likely from just something you're doing in your every day life that is putting stress on your back, so try finding out what that is, then stop it.

staying bent over for prolonged periods of time is known to cause lower back pain. switch it up with different positions.

Go see a doctor unless you have bad pastor.
If you exercise that area, it will get strong and the pain will go away, that apply to most herniations.

I have lower back pain from shovelling the front and back.

Lift with your knees.

When lifting heavy objects; don't bend your lower back.
I've learned this from experience, and I'm also 16.

Apply heat to the area it is hurting, or icey hot patches if you have some, or massage your lower back... Either than that I'd see a doctor.
