Is there any way to tell if a permenant nx item is perm?
I want a nox cherubim but i dont want to buy a duped item. Ive previously bought 2 duped items but at the same time I want a nox for my wh. Any way to tell?

You can't tell, I know there are a lot of duped wings over the server but try to not buy any in mushies!
There is no concrete way of telling whether an item is duped or not.
