Bw Character Card Question
Hai Basilers!
I just have an itty bitty question to ask if you don't mind. See, I was checking basil's character card system when I found Battle Wizard giving (At lv30) +2% M.ATK per level. Does this mean I give +100% M.Atk to another character (Char Card) if I make my Blaze Wizard lv50 or what? Because I'm pretty sure Nexon wouldn't make something like that, can I just have a simple explanation?
