Zombies vs Ghosts?

So recently I have been watching a lot of horror movies, I watched Quarantine 1 and 2, REC 1 and 2, and 28 days later. All of these movies are zombie movies. For some reason I don't find these movies scary. So I started watching The Grudge (a ghost movie) and 30 minutes in I was totally wussing out. Ghosts movies are SOOOO much scarier than zombie movies. Im so scared.......Im 13. So which horror genre do you think is scarier?

It entirely depends on the physics of the supernatural phenomena... If a ghost were to exist, for it too be able to interact with the world physically, you will be able to interact with it as well...

In my opinion, if it's some sort of evil demon that's out to kill you that would be more terrifying, any other type of spirit / ghost / demon wouldn't scare me as much as a zombie apocalypse. I've been playing DayZ recently and thinking about being in that world by myself is a terrifying thought.

yea but if a zombie is trying to attack you, you would have some warning. for ghosts you wouldnt, one second they arent there the next they are...
