Phantoms free mastery book glitch is not even a known issue

Well, when phantoms reach to lvl 70 they don't get a free special mastery book, and it's not even in the know issues in nexon's website.

Also, did you notice that out of 29 problems they fixed only 5, which most of then aren't even important?
Like: "[Pink Zakum] Head Researcher Wynne tells correct end date for the event (July 24)." >.<
