I'm almost completing the cycle on my phantom (I'm almost lv 200), and I'm seriously thinking on remaking my dual blader (my old dual blader stayed in Khaini when I transfered to Zenith). And since it's been a while that I played a dual blader, I was wondering, what's the critical rate and avoidability chance that dual bladers curently have (considering all skills are maxed out and only what the skill give.).
