Here's how to change your Nexon Account Email

http://www.nexon.net/Support/SupportForm.aspx?view=email&nexonTheme=Nexon

Just filled this form out, with high hopes, p.s you must remember your secret question [if you had one from a while back], or ... feel lucky they don't check? Anyways here it is the secret "Changing your email".

Use at your own risk.. [according to these basilers..]

@Avalanchies: It's not me, it's them. You signed up for your account in the beginning. Or maybe one of your parents or someone. Anyway, Nexon needs to know that you're not just some hacker who's managed to take over the account and get all its information. They need to know it's actually YOU, and the best way to do that is to have you show them a legal document that proves that either you're the guy you said you were... or you hunted down the original account owner and stole their ID along with their account. And forged their signature.

I filled out that form, scanned my driver's license and sent it in via fax. It went through and I have my email changed now. No problem.

" How can I change the e-mail my Nexon Passport ID is registered to?
For security reasons, the registered e-mail attached to a Nexon Passport ID cannot be changed once entered. "

yep, it is 'phishy'.. :S
nexon's like a girl; gives mixed signals =/

@Avalanchies: Not stupid at all. If you aren't who you say you are, why should they let you change the email of your account? It seems completely logical to ask for proof that not only does the person who signed as the account owner exist, but that they're you.
when did u get urs changed ._.
wen i asked for my email to be changed that was like near the end of last year. if you got urs few years ago then ur lucky cuz Nexon probably changed the way they work with changing emails now =-=
I had all the info in the email change form right, except for the forum ID (wasn't sure, not sure I made one?) and the question. (if the question was written there I'd know my answer but I didn't write it all down 4+ years ago...) Maybe something you entered was wrong? Or they somehow skipped your entry?
not fishy. its phishy . its a phishing site. i read the sourcecoding for the web. not only that just went and filled everything out with adfasf it went through. normally nexon would be smart enough to say that ur email adress isnt valid ( i didnt use dasfdsa@yahoo or w/e )
I'd believe you but I used this exact link back in February and it worked.

It took them about 6 months to finally reply with an email but they did. And I got my email changed. And I got my password reset. I'm enjoying having my account back.
If you send a ticket to Nexon about changing your e-mail they link you to a form like this, but this is not it.
I think it's a scam because it has something added to the link but idk.

THIS is the real one: http://www.nexon.net/support/supportform.aspx?view=email
Nice try sounding smart. Don't talk like that if you don't know anything and you just assume it's a phishing site because it requires a lot of info.

^ it still seems fishy since when u click on the logo u'll definately see some sort of fail coding redirecting u to "http://nexontheme%20.nexon.net/ "
meaning someone could've changed something and added a space ( %20 ) however i could be wrong, but basically i would be careful

I read the source for the site too, but didn't see anything fishy/phishy, if you will. I didn't see any redirecting going on in the script, nor was any information sent out to a domain or email outside of nexon.net

I've heard about something like this before - I think there used to be a guide on Basil about it.
