Then today, she and her sister got in a fight so I was tryna break it up and then when I turned I said "____ IS ON HER PERIOD!" as a joke and she got all mad. Which one do you thinks worse? Did I get my revenge or did I get too far?

My teacher took my phone for the week I was texting my mom to pick me up because I wasn't feeling so good, and the teacher came over and took my phone. When the intercom went off and asked the teacher to bring me to the office when my mom got here, I went to the teacher and asked for my phone back, and she replied with, "No, you can have at back at the end of the day Friday." I went and told my mom, and she said she was allowed to do that and it was my fault for not asking the teacher first. I heard somewhere a while ago that a teacher isnt allowed to take my phone for longer than the end of the school day. Is she allowed to?
