Question about pokemon platinum I heard that diamond/pearl/plat because it didn't add many new pokemon or something like that. My last pokemon games before the ds gen was 1st and 2nd gen. I never got to play 3rd gen. Is platinum pretty similar, kinda like an upgraded ruby, sapphire, emerald in some ways?
Pokemon Oras super training bags So I'm looking for some team flare bags in my game in super training. I was told they were in ORAS as well since it's unchanged from x and y. I've spent hours looking for some over the course of two days now and have yet to find any. I did restart my game and haven't beaten the game again yet (have 7 badges). Do they exist? Was I told wrong or maybe do I have to beat the game first?
Shiny Pokemon chances Ok so I've randomly found tons of shiny Pokemon in my x cart without looking for any on playthroughs. On my oras I've been chaining off and on and nothing still. I'm curious if x and y have a higher chance to find shiny Pokemon than oras do or is this just my horrible luck in oras?
Pokemon black 2 vs white 2 I have pokemon white right now and was gonna get white 2 but now i hear about challenge mode is only available to people who beat black 2 unless they have both games and a 2nd ds or a friend who has the opposite copy of the game. I'm thinking of getting black 2 instead but was wondering what i'd be missing out on since i have white and also is it worth getting black 2 just for the challenge mode since it only unlocks after you beat the league the first time? (like does it affect the world tournament and other things as well)

pokemon black 2 challenge mode Ok when I beat black 2 and turn on challenge mode will that affect the trainers post game and the pwt and subway or only the elite 4?
New pokemon x and y retail copy I know there have been a few patches for the games and was wondering from anyone who bought a new retail copy of with of them after the patches, if you still had to download the patch or is it built into newer copies?
Pokemon post battle options When playing x and y I loved the battle chateau! It reminded me of black tower from black 2 almost. I also enjoy being able to rematch trainers in ORAS but I'm surprised I'm finding it annoying to have to travel all around to do it instead of a single building. So what are your favorite post game battle/rematch options.
Which 3ds Pokemon Both x/y and oras have been out for a good time now. So having played both which of them do you find yourself playing and enjoying more often? I loved oras but something keeps drawing me back to my copy of X. From When x and y were announced till they came out was prob the most hyped I'd ever been for a Pokemon game in a long long time. I truly enjoyed Kalos and the feel from the region despite any flaws. I know oras has a few more features but something is so alluring about x and y to me.
New pokemon game So they announced a new pokemon game the other day. The 6th generation, over 700 pokemon now, fully 3d graphics. What are your thoughts on this announcement? Too soon for 6th gen?
