Gaming on a Mac So I recently got my Mac Book Pro Duo Core 2.4 Mhz or w/e, 4GB RAM, Dedicated Video memory so I was wondering if there are any good games I can buy for Mac, I want to get Borderlands, are there any other good games that I can download, I already checked steam, but what else?

Really bad upload speed compared to download speed? So I made a thread awhile ago about streaming for League of Legends, I get decent frames while streaming, sometimes drops to ~57 but stays between ~57-65 but my ping will rocket up randomly which is clearly atributed to my upload speed. Speed test shows my download speed close to what my internet package says, 125 DL, 10 up. I my speed test shows 110 DL, ~1.2-1.4 up, and my ping will flux from 120-4000 while streaming league. Normally unstreaming my ping is ~100 I'm wondering if there is a good way to help my upload speed/stream to not eat up my ping. (Also, I do make sure there's nobody else using my internet when I stream it's usually like 12-2 am.
Would like opinions on my upcoming build? So with Haswell and Nvidia's new stuff coming out I'm spending a good chunk of change on a stronger PC since with Xbox One/PS4 games will be able to be produced better for consoles, so PC will get some extra

Pc Requirements to stream? So I've been wondering what it takes to stream current games because I've been trying, (i5 2500 @ 3.2 GhZ, and a GTX 560 Ti 1 GB) Yet even on older games like BL1 which if I just game I get plenty of FPS, but if I try to stream it drops to about 22-25 and it's noticably slow on the stream. Could it be my program settings? I use Dxtory which outputs the video to xSplit to my twitch channel. Resolution 1680x1050, stream FPS set to 30 on Dxtory and Xsplit, if anyone has any ideas for me that would be great! Or do I need to upgrade hardware? Is my internet upload too slow?

Help picking parts My friend is looking to build a computer (Canada) Budget including a copy of windows 7 is 750-800 dollars, hes looking to run recent games or high-max, Newegg, NCIX, and canada computers are all welcome sources for parts. Dont need to include monitor/mouse/keyboard in the 750-800 though.
Quick Question about Corsair Psu So I'm buying the fully modular Corsair AX 750 80 Plus Gold Cert PSU because it's on sale for 125 bucks at a retailer near my house (Not a bad deal I'd say since Newegg has it for 160 right now) My question was about Corsair's individually sleeved cable kits. There are 2 kits on the website, one that is $80 and one that is $35, the one that is 80 only lists AX 860/760 and the 35 dollar one lists the AX 850/750/650, so I assume I am going to want to buy the 35 dollar kit, but I wondered why the kit for the 850/750/650 was so much cheaper?
Is it hard to upgrade internal parts? And another question I was wondering, if it was a hard job to upgrade a computers CPU. Could I just open up my case, remove the heatsink/fan and old CPU, and just put in a new one, and new fan. Also, for GPU as well, can I just take the old one out, put in the new one, plug in my monitors, and update the drivers when I turn it on ? AND would I benifit from just upgrading my GPU from a GTX 560Ti to a 660Ti with a i5 2500 as my CPU? I'm new to upgrading since this is my first custom build, and I want to upgrade to a 3720, and/or a 660Ti
