So i have lvl 1 maker.
I'm lvl 118, is it possible to skip lvl 2 maker and just do the quest for lvl 3 maker?

You can't skip it. The 2nd quest is REALLY easy anyways. You can do it just from magatia.

Nope. You have to do every quest, since to get level 3 you need to complete level 2 quests.
