Anyone has experienced this =_= ?
I have tried to quit Maple three times
1.- For life anger
2.- For Maple anger
3.- For life anger
And when I try to quit, I usually spend all my mesos on scrolls and other crap to just go broke and dont come back for at least 4 - 5 months
The first time I tried to quit, I bought 3 Enhance, a Potential 70% and 9 Pink Scrolls and used em on my Dark Neschere, the darn thing ended up as 140 ATT, 2 STR, 3 Enhances and 6% DEX as Potential.....no quit
Second I bought some potentials, enhances too, my King Cent got 2 Enhance passing, Dragon Staff another 3 Enhances and my Enreal Tear, passed FOUR stupid Enhances..... and potentialed all..... stupid things ended 3 lines ALL.... no quit
And third was small but still lol, used 2 Enhance on my VIP 1H BW, Poted it.... all passed, 2 lines tough, used 7 Shield W.ATT on a Shield, it ended up as 8 ATT, Poted and ended up as 3 LINES TOO, U/H, then for the lulz, I used a Potential on my Glasses, ended 3 lines with All Stats +3, used a Cube on the VIP BW, and turned EPIC on the first cube.... so no quit
BUT WHEN I TRY TO REAL SCROLL STUFF CUZ I NEED/WANT IT, the stupid thing ends being nub, or explodes or something go wrong
I wonder whats up with that >_> anyone has experienced this before ?
ALSO, Price Check on that Nub Shield : 8 ATT, U/H 3 Lines, Level 90 Warrior

Happend to me before. I found these 10% scrolls in my inventory and used them on NPC equips. It all passed -.- . Then I picked up a Belt for STR 30%, used it on my white belt which I don't need (already have a Black Belt) and it worked. I was trying to blow it up for fun. I was like "Wow... GG." AND THEN, when I scrolled the Polearm I needed with 60%s (Ran out of money lolz), 3/7 worked. WTF. -.-

Nexon wont let you quit.
yup. They have a math formula to keep you lucky only at times that you don't really want to be, so it hooks you and drags you back. Genius system (kidding about the math formula, but this happens to my friends as well). I actually get lucky when I really want to or need it. I passed 4 enhancements on my fail maple gold claw -_-. 4! thats a small chance of working. My friend apparently was quitting til he landed a 6th potential on his bow @_@.

I like playing Maple Story, sadly Im kinda addicted, but when I got no mesos, I quit for long periods of time, but then again come back for x/y reasons
Stupid thing is like saying "PLEASE NOOO, DONT LEAVE, Ill let you scroll some gud stuff..... for now"
Instead of using the money to buy things for yourself, give it to someone or throw it all. Then you can "quit". o_O
I stopped playing at the end of 2007 and came back this september. Stopped feeling like playing it, and then got back to it.
This is just a game, just supposed to have fun in here. If you like it so much, why not play it? just don't stay on it 24/7 and you're fine. =)
