Anyone know how to reset Ip address/find out your Isp?

I was IP banned for going on multiple mules and I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the IP address that pops up when you search "IP" in google. I'd also like to know whether I can find out the ISP company (verizon, optimum, etc) that I use. My parents took care of the ISP business so I have no idea what my ISP is.

if you have a fix ip provided by your ISP your only solution is to ask your isp to change it

The IP block for logging in too many accounts can be resolved by sending an e-mail to Nexon at the link provided at the end of the message that pops up telling of the block, and explaining what you were doing. If they decide it sounds like you're legit, they'll unblock your IP.

(They do this to block golc farmers/hackers who log in a lot of accounts in a short period of time. Sometimes legit players get caught also, so they let you explain and will unblock you if they believe your story.)

The "unplug your router" thing doesn't always work, depending on how your ISP's "DHCP Server" is setup.

As far as finding out your ISP, that's not something that's easily done from your computer.
The best way is to find the monthly bill that comes from the ISP, or ask your parents.

that's not the IP address I was talking about

What you're talking about resets your LAN
I'm talking about resetting the WAN

I simply logged onto too many mules at a time.

@Sympathetic: I did it and left my computer, router, and modems off for half an hour but it didn't work. I can't wait for too long because i'd miss the 2x event
