sorry to tell u this man, but i am having the same issues as you as well as other many other players. We have send tickets and found out that our accoutn has gotten banned for whatever reason. I have the same problem on my account as you have described and i sent tickets. Players have been getting banned for wrong reason because of their auto ban system which makes no sence. Chance are you were banned. Check your ranking and if your not there or your rank is 0 then you were banned. I Suggest you send a ticket, though they will most likely tell you you have to serve out the rest of the suspension, even though it doesnt tell you how long

I haven't been able to play since I got this laptop in september.
What happens for me:
1. I start the game
2. The hackshield pops up and loads or something
3. Blackcypher pops up and loads
4. This screen pops up: [url=http://i49.tinypic.com/23uxx53.png][/url]
5. Nothing further happens, no error code, nothing.

Things I have tried:
1. Disable all forms of firewall
2. Checking for virusses (which might sound obsolete since Maple didn't work from the moment I bought this laptop)
3. Using different methods to boot up the game (website, game launcher). Steam doesn't work as I'm not in the US.
4. I have tried re-installing almost a dozen times. Even re-installed in different folders and on a different drive.
5. And all this in different orders a few times.
6. Also tried all kinds of strange methods which I found on the maplestory forums or on basilmarket.

My laptop is a simple win7 64 bit HP laptop (Probook 4540s).

Now give me another comment on what I could try and which does work.

Run a virus check.
Make sure maplestory is white-listed on your firewalls

try again.

What more can i possibly add? Whenever i click gameluancher,NOTHING happens not even the blackcipher pops up.Also when i start up from the site, i get disconnected at the loggin

any real answers out there?

no, iv'e been using the same computer since i started playing and im getting really bored. you see, i cant run many games on my computer so this is one of my top games.

edit:no windows 8 either

i have done everything, Missed COUNTLESS events too

After the kaiser patch, when i click game luancher or website, nothing loads up. i re installed and its so annoying to do
