My luck is turning into the negative section then >-<
prices aren't definite for mastery books. 5-20 mil is nothing so although there would be people selling at 5mil, I would still buy it for 50 if I needed it at that time. Its about luck

A decent lvl 100-110claw I guess.... Not much you can get with that tbh, A Empress one clean is like 400-800M I guess in Windia and thats like the next best thing to a decent scrolled claw..
