Skyfire Browser can play flash videos. animecrazy works although I download my anime now. It's faster than safari though, and there's even an option to load the desktop version of a site.

Not sure, but I'm sure there are ways to do it.

Basically, put the Droid OS on your iPod instead of the iPod OS.
