nexon hasnt forgotten me ...for the 16th time. i keep getting that automated message, and they've had a ticket surplus since, like, 2 years ago. i originally sent a ticket about getting hacked and getting items stolen, but it seems like they put it off for so long, it doesn't even matter because by that time, i would have already acquired more equips to replace the stolen ones. i wonder if this is all part of their plan...
do you want perma items back? i'm about to send a ticket to nexon suggesting we at least get an event or something where perma items come back. it would be cool for them to be available forever, but i bet they would lose too much money. if you want perma items back please send a ticket too, maybe they'll notice people want them, and do something about it. just a thought, thanks:D

how does lag work? like, is lag bad for everyone everywhere because there are so many people on, or does it apply to certain worlds? because windia's lag is ridiculous...and i think we'll have to wait at least a few months before the WH and BaM fad goes down. it may never change, since the exp curve got so many more people to play again...but i wanted to know, because if lag is world-based, then i think ill go somewhere less crowded.

can anyone, anyone please help me my account got hacked today but they changed the email that nexon sends emails to, so even when i try to send a password reset thing to my email it won't send one, because my email is no longer in their database :d, and also apparently he changed it again to my main account to receive the messages, and i think he hacked into BOTH of my accounts, my main and my alternate... in terms of nexon how am i supposed to contact them? i've also tried sending messages to my main account and it also does not work. in terms of my account, i've already deleted my alternate, which was originally the email i used with maplestory, but i'm also thinking of deleting my main, because, if he was able to get into my alternate, h

Did my account get hacked Okay so I got a series of emails just now and one was a password reset, which I didn't authorize, then another saying like congrats you changed your info, then another saying you've changed your email address (where you'll get emails from nexon) from mine to some other email I don't know..I'm really frustrated because I've been hacked before, maybe it's just time to quit :/
