Scar/Targa runs help >.>
Im a lvl 95 CB right now with the nooby clean lvl 90 thief helm and i wanted to get a scar/targa helm to wear lvl 100 dagger
can any 1 tell me wat lvl should i be to hit scar 100% ?
and how much would i pay if i just joined to loot the helm?

135ish to hit Scar reasonibly... Just buy one, they are quite cheap now (20ish mil?)

how much does scar hit?
If you get into a guild that does runs they might just let you tag along. I'd try that first.
