Time leap question
Each lvl in time leap reduce the cool down of the skill by 5 mins right? And on lvl 1 time leap the cool down is 45mins right? It means that on lvl 9 it'll have no cool down at all right?
Please explane...

Pre-Revamp Time Leap was maxed at level 30; it started at 49 minutes of cooldown and ended up being 20 minutes at level 30. The pre-Revamp books still exist from that time, but you can no longer use them. You were able to exchange them during the Revamp, but I'm not sure if you still can. Either way, that Time Leap 20 book is useless as it is; it will only become useful if you can exchange it for a new Buccaneer book via an NPC.
