I had them once when MS patcher messed up a while back, but after i reinstalled MS, the files were gone and didn't come back.

did you finished patching the game.cause folders appear when you are patching it and dissapear after the patch is done

I have similar, but different named folders. They also contain $ sign. Somehow, they always come back, so I stopped deleting them.

Yeah you should delete them. Who knows what they are

Just delete it. That's what I do... It comes back if I need it. I can always system restore if I need it.
