The post before that covered the new hyper stat changes caused some confusion in the comment section so I'm here to clear things up.

At level 200, you get a total of 339 hyper stat points. It takes 10mil meso to reset your hyper stats.

STR/DEX/INT/LUK (max level 10): Amount of points needed is 1,2,4,8,10,15,20,25,30,35 for an increase of 15,30,45,60,75,90,105,120,135,150
HP/MP (max level 10): Amount of points needed is 1,2,4,8,10,15,20,25,30,35 for an increase of 2%,4%,6%,8%,10%,12%,14%,16%,20%
DF (max level 5): Amount of points needed is 1,2,4,8,10 for an increase of 10,20,30,40,50
Move Speed (max level 5): Amount of points needed is 1,2,4,8,10 for an increase of 4,8,12,16,20
Jump (max level 5): Amount of points needed is 1,2,4,8,10 for an increase of 2,4,6,8,10
Crit rate (max level 10): Amount of points needed is 1,2,4,8,10,15,20,25,30,35 for an increase of 1%,2%,3%,4%,5%,7%,9%,11%,13%,15%
Min Crit (max level 10): Amount of points needed is 1,2,4,8,10,15,20,25,30,35 for an increase of 1%,2%,3%,4%,5%,6%,7%,8%,9%,10%
Max Crit (max level 10): Amount of points needed is 1,2,4,8,10,15,20,25,30,35 for an increase of 1%,2%,3%,4%,5%,7%,9%,11%,13%,15%
Def Ignore (max level 10): Amount of points needed is 1,2,4,8,10,15,20,25,30,35 for an increase of 3%,6%9%,12%,15%,18%,21%,24%,27%,30%
Total Damage (max level 10): Amount of points needed is 1,2,4,8,10,15,20,25,30,35 for an increase of 3%,6%9%,12%,15%,18%,21%,24%,27%,30%
Boss Damage (max level 10): Amount of points needed is 1,2,4,8,10,15,20,25,30,35 for an increase of 3%,6%9%,12%,15%,19%,23%,27%,31%,35%
Status Resist (max level 5): Amount of points needed is 1,2,4,8,10 for an increase of 4%,8%,12%,16%,20%
Elemental Resist (max level 10): Amount of points needed is 1,2,4,8,10,15,20,25,30,35 for an increase of 1%,2%,3%,4%,5%,7%,9%,11%,13%,15%
Stance (max level 5): Amount of points needed is 1,2,4,8,10 for an increase of 2%,4%,6%,8%,10%

It takes 150 points to max a level 10 hyper stat. 25 points for a level 5 hyper stat.

@antisora99 I think you misunderstood. You need to use 1 point for the first level, 2 MORE for the next level, 4 MORE for the one after that and so on.. A level 3 hyper wouldcost 1+2+4=7 points.

Here is a useful tip for people who are under 200 or is 200.
It's not efficient when you just blindly put in 150 points into a level 10 hyper stat. If you look at the amount of points needed for each level:
Level 1 - 1
Level 2 - 2
Level 3 - 4
Level 4 - 8
Level 5 - 10
-------------------------------25 points-----------------------
Level 6 - 15
Level 7 - 20
------------------------------60 points------------------------
Level 8 - 25
Level 9 - 30
Level 10 - 35
--------------------------total 150 points-------------------
Now, why did I draw lines in between? For stats that is generally required by majority of classes in Maplestory such as Crit rate, Def ignore, Boss damage, Max crit, these hyper stat has their %increase from level 5. (Min crit goes up by 1% while these goes up by 2%). So, stats that require 150 points (level 10) are a burden but inefficient to put 25 points (level 5).

From this, we can conclude putting level 5 main stat, level 5 ele/status resist, level 7 def ignore & total damage & boss damage & crit rate will leave you 49 points. You can obviously play with the stats around a bit to your liking.

Alright here goes.
You get +3 hyper stat points from level 140. 1 level from 140 gives +4 points. 1 level from 150 gives +5. All this leads to 339 points at level 200.
The numbers I have posted above goes like this: level 1 requires 1 point -> level 2 requires 2 more points so 3 points in total for a level 2 hyper stat. You need 25 points to max out a level 5 hyper stat, 150 points to max out a level 10 hyper stat.
