Whats the worst city youve been to? Manila. When i was in the plane over Manila, the water was brown. When i got on the bus to get to Baguio, the bus station was full of children begging tourists for food and money. Some of them barely had clothes on. The streets were filled with garbage and prostitutes; some of them were clearly minors. While i was on the bus to Baguio, i saw the underpass of a bridge with 2 families.
