WHen I press the skills tab, the "hyper" skill tab isn't available to be clicked. Is there a pre quest that needs to be done?

Why did you think you had your Hyper Skills? There's been no news about it, nobody is talking about it, and Nexon themselves said only Hero classes got their Hyper Skills with Tempest.
All the others still have to wait.
