Do I have a decent shield?
Currently I have a level 90 shield with 7attk and 6%str 3line epic and im going to get it to 19attk once I finish scrolling it. I will eventually cube it but would it be decent at 19attk? Also I have a 192attk Cutlass if that helps with averaging it out whether it would be as good as having a 2h sword?
