I wanna make something and I need them. How often do they drop? who drops them more often? I would assume the adv. knights

I was at HoH from 179-200 and i only found 2 frags </3
From 165-200, I've gotten 3 Dream Fragments training at SH.
I'm not sure about the droprate, but I've found 5 gallants before i found one.
If you're looking to farm them, i would say farm on the weaker monsters as you would be able to kill alot faster (unless you're really funded).
2x event at 2nd Drill Hall. I found 1. From 160~179, it's the only one i've found there.
just buy them, they are only like 4m each because of hackers.
I haven't had a drop, but you should just buy them. They deflated so the cost is less.
Some guy said he went 160-165 and only 1 dropped or so
