Skillbooks? Skills quests?

Hi guys,

Uh so since Big Bang came out I've been confused (and was confused before anyway).
What happened to all the skillbooks?

E.g. I knew before Big BAng, 4th job warriors had to do a quest involving Taurospears for the Rush Skillbook.
But I've already managed to put one point into it? Could someone please explain?

Also, I was planning to put one point into Advanced Combo, but it didn't appear in my skillbook. Apparently pre-BB you needed to obtain this skill from Zakum <--- are you kidding me...

Summary:
So how did BB change all the skillbooks and skills quests? And do I still need to do the quest for Rush (and get a book from...zakum)?

EDIT: wtf i didn't get a HP or MP boost for 4th job advancement either. I thought Heroes get a HP boost?
