Maplestory Support team

So anyone else know why the Maplestory support team hasn't done anything in regards to the NLC cut scene glitch that has locked up ... well my main as well as 16 pages of responses on the maplestory forums of people who can't play their characters ... it's really starting to piss me off >.<

I don't know if it's still accurate, but the Better Business Bureau lists Nexon America as having 100 employees.
Now, taking into account this 100 has to include all the secretaries, the receptionist at the front desk, all the executives on the top floor, all the "gophers" who get the executives their coffee, the janitors and the window washers, that doesn't leave a whole lot of people to do things like fix (whatever) for ALL THE GAMES NEXON HAS.

The SAME people who try to fix Maplestory also have to try to fix DFO and Dragon's Nest and all the rest, INCLUDING all the new Facebook games.
Same with the Customer Support people reading Maplestory tickets. They also have to handle all the other games as well.

Blizzard by contrast probably has 100 programmers assigned just to keep World of Warcraft running.

That's probably a big part of why the "Maplestory support team" hasn't done anything ...
