Is affinitys recharge rate bonus a flat increase or ?
So yeah, Star Bubble's recharge chance is 70%. With maxed affinity I, which gives a 20% recharge bonus, would I get a 90% or 84% chance to recharge?

It was recharging almost every hit for me.
