All items from any temples, including Boomerang, Bombs, Bow and Light Arrows, etc.
Any shield
Magic, including Nayru's Love, Din's Fire, Farore's Wind, etc.
Fairie guides, Navi, Tatl, Fi, etc.
Link gets four bottles full of whatever he wants, fairies, potions, etc.
Triforce of Courage only, which is debatable on which skills it would grant him

Sora:
Any keyblade(s)
Any forms, including Valor, Wisdom, Master, Limit, Anti, and Final form
All magic spells
All equipment, including rings, belts, necklaces, bracelets
All commands/attacks, e.g. Judgement Triad, Ragnarok, etc.
All skills, e.g. MP Hastega, Second Chance, Glide etc.
No summons.

Take into note that Nayru's Love lasts about 1 minute, [b]guarding him from all attacks, [/b] but uses about 1/5 of Link's magic.

Sora's Reflect spell: If any level of Reflect successfully guards an attack, it unleashes a spray of light around the dome that does damage equal to the enemy's attack power to anything hit by the light.
