20 Magic Powders (can't determine color)
10 Lydium
10 Wisdom Crystal
10 Luk Crystal
10 Juniper Berry Flower Oil
10 Hyssop Flower Oil
And requires level 10 smithing.
You need to get the recipe and it will tell you what you need.
