I got hacked. Any tips? (Click for details)

Hope this is the right forum... Anyway. As the title says, I got hacked. I wanted to ask you people if there's any way I can get my stuff back and have something to be done about the hacker with the info I have. So, here's my story:

At the day before I got hacked, I was looking for a Post-BB Accuracy Calculator, to see how much accuracy i'm gonna need at level 200 in order to hit all monsters in the game 100%. So, after looking for a while, I found a thread right here in Basilmarket, offering just what I need as a downloadable file. I downloaded it and it immediately looked suspicious, so I scanned it with my Antivirus. It reported no threats so I decided to click the file. Nothing happened. Clicked again, and again nothing happened. So I deleted the file and forgot about it... At the day after that, I try to login, and it says my password is incorrect. After resetting it and logging in, I see my character with nothing on him. I couldn't believe my eyes. Anyway, I checked my inventories, equips, and even my Buddy List. On my Buddy List, I saw someone I never had before: "markpwarrior". Obviously he's somehow related to the hacker. After thinking about it, I checked that Post-BB Acc. Calculator again, and looked at the Topic Starter's name. Guess what was it. "markp". Similar to the new guy on my buddy list. Here's a link to his thread btw:

It looks like he removed the link to his little Keylogger disguised as an Acc. Calculator. Oh well.
Anyway, what I wanna ask is if I can get my stuff back without having to wait months. I submitted a ticket to Nexon telling about the WHOLE things, plus I told them what items I lost and their stats, but you know Nexon, they take TOO MUCH time to respond. It'd be nice to get all my stuff before Big Bang... I mean, I was getting my hopes up for it so much and then BANG, I got hacked -_-
So, anyone knows a way? Like, getting Nexon to respond to a ticket faster, or a GM's e-mail, I don't know... If not, then I guess i'll have to deal with it and wait -_-
