@cool123ter: It cannot be answered fully because no one knows what Nexon America is planning when it comes to what you are asking. Example, Someone asked before the BIG BANG patch what new worlds were coming out, well people said Arcana and Nova, well what happened? Nexon America came out with El nido and Zenith, does this make it any clearer to you as to why you shouldn't be asking questions like yours?

@cool123ter: Regardless of if the question is asking "when or what", the fact remains that you are asking a question that cannot be answered 100% fully, by the basil community. Secondly, many people may say that KMS is 6 months ahead of GMS, but I've seen cases where GMS has not followed that time line and has done things differently. Third, as I mentioned before, it cannot fail as a joke, if it is not a joke in the first place. (look up the difference between sarcasm and satire). Fourth, if you are going to ask a question you think that the general basil community can answer, why not just go look for it yourself?
