Question about the blessing
Hey
I heard Mihiles gives the empress blessing, if this is true,
I'm wondering if it's worth deleting my lv 120 Thunderbreaker, to create a Mihile and level it up to 120+ for the blessing?
If so, will this affect my UA in anyway?

@shinZ: I believe so. I don't think it's be possible to a quest 6 times in one level.

about the quest, can we do the quest with a higher level than 120 with mihile?

Mihile gives Empress Blessing, and maxes at Lv. 120 with 24 POints. You can continue to max it 'til Lv. 30 with a quest.
Also, when Mihile reaches 120, you can create a UA.
