@BanditChaos: No. People have had 4.75 years years to be a part of the site and allowing new users to enter wouldn't be right for all the people who have been a part of the community celebrating the event. Next year you can participate though if there's another giveaway though.

@TS: Since Nexon America is providing the laptop, people outside the U.S. would probably not be eligible due to the circumstances it involves to deal with outside countries.

Edit: I stand corrected. I wonder if MrBasil will like shipping to Mongolia if that happens.

I'm curious about something too. Is this laptop gonna be smeared in MapleStory logos? That would be uber lame. Uber.

That's pretty difficult seeing as many of the basil users already have their habits. Making something new would require alot of work. But that discussion shouldnt take place in this thread.

To answer your question; I didn't say that he should get NX for the players in EMS. What I said was that the event would be unfair if Mr.B hosted the event. However he isn't, it's proven earlier in the thread.

Check the GMS site. Nexon [b]America[/b] gave Basil the freebies. Mr Basil apologizes in the event rules that EMS can't get it. And yes, Basil was mainly made for GMS. And now just because you can't win prizes of a competition that isn't provided by your own MS doesn't mean you should go around raging. ._.
