We dont need DEX for ACC more or something so I can make it dexless w/o fundings right, riiiight?
Are they still HP mules & can they do decent DPM after BB?

No.
Unless you can get all of your ACC needed without using Dex, then you will need Dex. But seeing you'll need over 600 at Lvl 180 to fight PB, I got a feeling most players won't be able to get that much without using Dex to add to their Acc pool. xD
So the situation will pretty be much as it is now. Still need plenty of Acc in the long-run, and thus, many will still need Dex. xD
