Me and my real life friend changed our minds we're going to move to windia or some other less populated server once we both hit 120, hes lv75 in el nido atm.

Thats what I thought.
When Arcania came out, people could world transfer.
I think basically you wont be able to wolrd transfer until a new world comes out thats not part of the resistance and BB.
