Morals and Chivalry
Is it just me or are morals/ethics and chivalry dying out these days?
Some things that were morally questionable and shunned upon are now done casually, such as drugs, alcohol, sex, etc. Also same goes for chivalry. I don't see many guys that show much chivalry towards women. It seems like these old principles are slowly fading.

I am thankful that chivalry is dying out

can't everyone just be courteous to everyone else regardless of gender?
And sex/drugs/alcohol are not "wrong" or "bad". Imo, morals and the value of a person have gotten better. Times have changed, that's all.
You're hanging out with the wrong crowd. There are still moral and chivalrous people. Don't expect to find any on Basil though.

Old principles transform into newer principles. Some don't realize it. People value freedom and equality more than anything nowadays.
