I'm level 100, and I'm only getting approx 100k per run, but a level 114 is getting 800k, and a level 154 is getting 1m.
Why am I only getting 100k?

That's because you have a LVL 154 in the party. You are est below the average party level, so you get low exp. part with people around your level. your level also determine the amount of exp u get
You have to be close to your party members lvl. I keep getting 250k exp from Kenta pq if I pq with lvl 160+...
@jCl3ric yeah they are, also since the level average is high you dont gain as much % from killing monsters
isn't the exp rewarded from PQs proportionate to your level now?
I am participating. That's so weird.. The number I'm getting is 101,172
Maybe because you're not participating?
I'm receiving around 250k each at level 80.
