I have all of them except for the Oghma Infinium and Volendrung. I killed the quest giver for Volendrung, so I can't get that, so I'm just looking for a non-important Dunmer to kill that isn't already dead with its corpse despawned.

You just don't understand it. There is a series called Half Life, and the long awaited third installment is always teased. The symbol, the lambda, is what is in the lock, and the 3 represents the third entry into the series, of which this person attempted to create a joke out of, not realizing today's audience doesn't play good games anymore, and thus would not understand the reference.
