Just loot the crocky helms off the hackers and keep going through the quests. When you get to bearwolves there won't be nearly as much hackers.

I went from level 121 to 130 in 3-4 hours, I dunno if that's good but it's always empty.
If anything, romeo and juliet pq should give you at least 50% per pq, but that's probably the last resort

Try all the crap MyBullets said and do the LHC quest to go farther in LHC to bearwolves, since hackers tend to remain in krockies.
Just do what @Mybullets said because you know its kinda common sense to use that.
You could collaborate with the hackers...
Leafre, those turtle things or the cornians. Escape/Kenta PQ or even R&J. Ludibrium on those gigantic vikings.
