No. You can only anvil shields with other shields. Katara and dagger don't fit the requirements.
I almost forgot that there was a stolen fence shield. Oh my only shield I ever had

@roy5577: i think so. if u put dkhanjar on the "appearance" slot of anvil and put fence on "stats" slot then in theory u can. but it would be a waste of dkhanjar's stats.

I have an Anviled fence in Broa, but it's anviled into a Gellerhead Shield. xD
you can fuse anything together as long as they are the same type/weapon, and gender.

Wait what? When you said fuse are you refering to Anvil or Alchemy?
If it is fusing with Anvil it is impossible to make a Fence look like a D Kanjar since fence is not a thief based equip. But you can make a Kanjar look like a Stolen fence.
