Question about Combat Orders
The skill says that "skills that reach the master level can surpass the master level".
When I use it none of my skill surpass the master level (30 CB stays at 30 CB, and etc.)

Oh alright thank you.
Only 4th job skills can surpass maximum level. Failing to account for that in the skills description is an error by nexon.
